The doctors say there is no hope. The only other option is a stem cell transplant. So doesn't that mean that there still is some hope?

It did (does?) sound hopeless, but the next day or 2 a group of docs painted a different picture. Now I am extremely cautious about the "results" doctors provide. I want more hope and confidence not surprises.
